Defrost and cook to an internal temperature of 160°C / 71°F
- Frying Pan/Grill: Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until seared, turning halfway in between.
- Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes on a lined baking sheet at 375°F/190°C, turning halfway in between.
